These terms apply to your use of square.productions and to messages you receive from Square Productions ("we," "us," "our"), operated by James Downing. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to them.

Our services

We create short-form video and photo content for restaurants, bars and cafés. The website describes our services in general terms. Specific pricing, deliverables and timelines are set in a separate written agreement with each client, and that agreement controls if it differs from anything on this site.

Free clip offer

A free clip request is an invitation to talk, not a guaranteed booking. We schedule free clips based on availability and fit, and may decline or reschedule requests. A free clip creates no obligation for either party to enter a paid agreement.

No guaranteed results

Content can help a business get noticed, but we do not promise any specific outcome, including revenue, guest counts, sales, followers or engagement. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

SMS terms

By checking a consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Square Productions at the number you provided.

• Program: Non-marketing messages about your free clip request, including scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups. Marketing messages about our services only if you opt in separately.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You'll receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Everything on this site, including text, video, images and design, belongs to Square Productions unless noted otherwise. You may not copy or reuse it without permission. Ownership and usage rights for content we create for clients are set in each client agreement.

Use of the site

Don't misuse the site, submit false information, or try to interfere with how it works.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Square Productions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
